Victron Phoenix Inverter

Victron Phoenix Inverters deliver pure sine wave voltage, high peak current and high efficiency.

If you have a battery bank and need 230 volts, a Victron Phoenix inverter is a solid solution for using 230-volt equipment at home.

What you can use a Victron Phoenix sine wave inverter for:
Charging PCs, electric bike batteries, blow dryers, coffee machines, blenders, waffle irons, toasters and everything you need for a comfortable vacation.
This equipment is very well suited for inverter operation.

Choose a Victron Phoenix sine wave inverter that has good capacity and is tuned for your needs.
Motorized equipment such as vacuum cleaners, compressors or general equipment with electric motors have unpredictable start-up currents that are far higher than the rated current draw.
Old-style vacuum cleaners with 1200 to 1800 watts are not particularly suitable for inverter operation. There are vacuum cleaners with 5-600 watt motors that work perfectly.

Remember, however, that vacuum cleaner operation requires an inverter with a capacity of 3 to 5 times the nominal power.

Battery bank in lead
AGM and GEL lead-acid batteries suffer from excessive current draw. This means that the voltage drops rapidly, which in turn means that more amps are drawn to provide sufficient wattage. This is a vicious circle
which helps to reduce the lifespan of lead batteries.

Lithium battery bank
Lithium batteries are significantly better at delivering a lot of power without the voltage dropping as much as when using lead batteries.
Dimension the lithium battery bank sufficiently and provide solid cables to the inverter.

Victron Phoenix inverters are top-shelf quality and are far more robust than "cheap inverters".

Alternative to Victron inverters and other inverters:
Victron Multiplus combined charger and inverter
This is a very good alternative to Victron inverters.
Victron Multiplus costs somewhat more than Victron's inverters. But it is an extremely user-friendly solution.
Multiplus is integrated into the 230-volt system of the boat, cabin or motorhome.
If you turn on the inverter function, you get 230 volts in all outlets.
An inverter supplies 230 volts only to dedicated outlets.
If you turn on the charging function, the batteries are charged by a powerful charger.

Superb Victron quality
The Phoenix range of inverters is suitable for the widest range of applications and developed for professional scope. The design criteria produce a true sine wave inverter that has optimized efficiency and does not compromise performance. The Hybrid HF technology delivers a top-quality product with compact dimensions, light in weight and able to deliver power effortlessly, to any load.

Parallel and 3-phase operation capability
Up to 6 Phoenix Inverter inverters can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Six 24 V 5000 VA units, for example, will provide an output power of 24 kW / 30 kVA. Operation in 3-phase configuration is also possible.
